Video games allow you to do things you could never do in real life; post apocalyptic wastelands, exploring ancient Egypt, cities with superheroes flying overhead. Things we all considered were impossible made possible through computer graphics and imagination. That same imagination has allowed people to take cars out of the video game scenarios we love and recreate them into real life driving machines.

Every gamer has wondered what it would be like to drive Mario’s kart down the street, and now – someone has created it. The white bumpers, red “M” on the hood, even the yellow rims. This little life-sized replica has become so popular that people now play real life Mario Kart games!
Warthog from Halo
Halo is an incredibly iconic game, from weaponry, to revolutionizing the FPS (First Person Shooter) genre. To celebrate the game Halo 4, the developers created the Warthog from the game. It was based on the chassis of a Hummer, has a (non-working) gun, and tops out at 25 MPH.
Batmobile from Batman: Arkham Asylum
There are few things in this world as widely recognizable as the Batmobile. The design, created by Rocksteady for the game Batman: Arkham Asylum, was a beautiful blend of movie, comic book, and coolness. There have been many iterations of the Batmobile come to life, but Team Galag an Caresto turned a Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560 into a carbon fiber, totally driveable childhood dream come to life.
